Desi Wear’s “Luv to Bhang” brand is taking a life of its own!  When the concept was created over 3 years ago, no one imagined it would get this big this quickly.  With a clut like following, Luv to Bhang has taken the Toronto Entertainment Scene by storm.  With over 11 soldout events and counting – on July 24th we will be taking it up another notch!  Apart of the 10th Anniversary of the Masala Mehndi Masti Festival, we will be collabing with the longest running Bollywood Event in Toronto,  “Besharam“!  For the first time ever, our Luv to Bhang vibe featuring Double AA, Paul the drummer Nanuwa and Mc JD will team up with Toronto’s best Female DJ, DJ Amita - and give the audience a taste of Bhangra & Bollywood in one Funk’d up manor!  “Besharam Luvs to Bhang!”  at Revival – Toronto.  —As usual we will be taking LIVE tweet Requests at: @luvtobhang, @desiwear, @doubleaa

The theatrical first look was unveiled at Dubai International Film Festival. Present at the event were Abhishek Bachchan, Sonam Kapoor, Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra and UTV’s head honcho Siddharth Roy Kapoor.

The promo tantalizes without revealing too much. The background musical score has a stirring serenity and the cinematography is impressive. The camera zooms in on Abhishek Bachchan from behind but he never turns around, perhaps because the promoters want to keep his makeover under wraps for some more time?

The film, an autobiographical account of growing up in Chandni Chowk, was largely shot in Rajasthan using sets to recreate Chandni Chowk.
