Desi Wear has been an intrigual part of the South Asian Community in Toronto for the past 17 years, and we have never seen a Major Sports Franchise such as Maple Leafs Sports & Entertainment wanting to reach out to the South Asian Community! Well folks, we are entering a new era, Desi Wear alongside The Toronto Marlies and CBC Punjabi Hockey’s Parminder Singh bring to you the 1st ever “South Asian Culutral Day” happening March 6th at the Ricoh Coliseum. DW will be giving out free “Punjabi Hockey T-shirts”, as well as presenting hot Desi Acts from “Dhol Circle” to “Prita Chhabra“. It will be a great afternoon of hockey and Desi Culture, perfect for the little kids and the entire family.
